All business claim they are the best in quality and prices, and probably they are right But to be sustainable in the business they must make profit, or be out.
Lets look how this claim “holds up” against C2S Home Improvement Business, for less!
a. Quality
It’s not a secret that independent high-ranked service professionals are screened scrupulously by the same third-party screening sources, and eventually most of those independent PROS work with multiple companies (similar to Uber, Lyft, etc.)

a. Open “IS C2S AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?” (flushing line) and enter your zip code or address in the search box
b. Choose the project you need (cleaning, plumbing, moving, etc.)
c. All matched C2S approved top-rated neighborhood PROS will appear on the screen
d. Go ahead, open and check as many PROS as you wish, then contact any PRO/S you like and explain your project
e. When you Cut a Deal, PRO sends you detailed invoice for final approval and secured payment on C2S website. That’s all to it!

Potential C2S PROS must provide detailed personal and/or corporate information, and validate their home service experience.
When a PRO signs up to use C2S in their individual capacity, C2S partners with Jumio to use computer vision technology to verify the identification credentials of the potential professional.
As part of our screening, a background check is performed on professionals who sign up to use C2S in their individual capacity. The background check is performed by Checkr, an accredited third-party background check provider. Checkr’ search includes national, state, and county databases going back at least 7 years, and longer in certain jurisdictions. The purpose of these checks is to identify offenses that may disqualify potential professionals from using C2S
Our screening process for select small companies and/or franchisees, dealers, or independent contractors of larger companies is different to individual PROS. Before using C2S, these providers are required to provide their corporate information to C2S for verification. In addition, we use Checkr to perform background checks only on the owner of the company provider to provide an extra measure of security. These companies may perform a number of jobs during onboarding prior to the owner passing a background check

All C2S highly rated PROS are booked by Screened PROS and paid for by the Customer, through our secured platform
We work hard to make sure your chosen PRO makes your project just the way you like it, and comes back again and again for your future work and projects
C2S is a safe and reliable way to book top-rated home service professionals. That being said, accidents and incidents can happen. And when it comes to screening, every system has its flaws. That’s partly because past behavior may not accurately predict how people will behavein the future, but also because no system in the U.S has a one-hundred percent accurate record of the past, and certain state and federal laws restrict both what is disclosed on a background check and how background check results may be used. We stand behind every work you’ve chosen our PRO for, therefore, we have zero tolerance policy.
We set high standards to all our associates including Service Professionals and all our PROS on the platform are fully vetted, and highly-rated for top quality services. The C2S platform is made to be flexible, but we have some rules.
Our policies are designed to promote a reliable, consistent experience for Customers and PROS alike.
We know schedules can change, cancelling, rescheduling or skipping a Service with short notice causes professionals to lose valuable work. Therefore, fees apply when Services are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours (but more than 2 hrs.) of your Appointment Service start time.
